Our role as a licensed broker
We are a licensed and bonded property broker. We arrange transportation with FMCSA-authorized motor carriers who perform the physical transport and hold primary liability for the vehicle in their custody.
Quotes and booking
Quotes reflect current carrier market conditions and remain valid for the period stated. A booking is confirmed when you approve the rate and we dispatch an assigned carrier.
Payment and cancellation
No payment is collected before dispatch. After dispatch, a partial payment secures the booking and the balance is due at delivery. Cancellations before dispatch are free; cancellations after dispatch may incur a fee.
Pickup and delivery windows
Dates provided are estimated windows, not guarantees. Weather, traffic, mechanical issues and federal hours-of-service rules can affect timing.
Claims and liability
Claims for transport-related damage must be noted on the delivery bill of lading and filed with the carrier's cargo insurer. We assist with claim submission and documentation.
